HCE project node model end-user client API

HCE project end-user client API binding for PHP language OOP style. Implements complete functional usage API for cluster node application. Supports all basic runtime modes of cluster infrastructure including: router, proxy shard, data shard and data node. Uses zmq PPP-based protocol and connection schema for PHP language binding. This is a part of hce-node application Demo Test Suit (DTS) package that is available with application distribution.

It supports Sphinx data provider and DRCE.
The DTS package includes libraries of source code in stuctural form and management applications uses regular API. Management applicaion can be used as is and has cli format for Linux shell.
